What Is Treated on an On-Call Visit

You settle the consultation fee with the attending doctor in person once the visit is done; this site itself never takes payment, and nothing is priced in advance since that depends on what the doctor actually finds.

If You Are Just Outside Cape Town

Cape Town works as the nearest hub for a wider stretch of the Western Cape that sits outside where a doctor can currently be dispatched on the usual timeline, including Hermanus in the Overberg, Langebaan and Saldanha on the West Coast, and the Garden Route towns of Mossel Bay, George, Knysna, and Plettenberg Bay. If your accommodation falls in one of those areas rather than central Cape Town or the Winelands, say so when you contact us rather than assuming coverage; the honest answer may be that a visit cannot be arranged on the same basis, and it is better to know that before you are relying on it.
